Challange
A website that wasn't built for the people who needed it most.
he existing site was difficult to navigate, making it hard for people in need to access the organization's resources quickly and easily. At the same time, the brand needed a stronger social media presence to reach more people during a critical time.



Goal
Make the experience as accessible and intuitive as the mission itself.
The goal was to redesign the website so that anyone, regardless of tech comfort level, could navigate it with ease, while also building out a consistent visual presence across social media to drive awareness and trust.


Solution
Designing with empathy, from the feed to the full site.
I started by creating social media assets to build the nonprofit's presence, then joined the UX team to help redesign the homepage, account sign up flows, and multiple pages throughout the site. Every decision was made with the end user in mind, people navigating a stressful time who needed clarity, not confusion.
